Israeli weapon fires tiny metal cubes into people in Lebanon, like Gaza

The same tiny tungsten cubes that spray out of Israeli bombs, causing devastating internal injuries to people in Gaza are being found in wounded civilians in Lebanon, war surgeon Dr Tahir Mohammed says.
