Adolfo Franco is a Republican political strategist, foreign policy analyst and former surrogate for Donald Trump’s 2016 and 2024 presidential campaigns. He previously served as Assistant Administrator at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) from 2002 to 2007 and as President and Board member of the Inter-American Foundation. Franco has also served as Majority Republican Chief Counsel for the House International Relations Committee. He has worked on Latin American, Caribbean and Cuba policy for more than two decades and appears regularly as a political commentator across international media outlets. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Hispanic Leadership Fund, a US advocacy organisation focused on economic policy and business issues.
